The Business Alignment Engine automates the allocation of sustainability and cost data to your business structures. By creating hierarchies of Performance Centres that match your business structures you can track and forecast “actual” consumption by business unit, geography, product line, project or employee. Allowing you to track progress against the budgets/targets that have been set.
The Goal Allocation Engine facilitates shared ownership of your overall corporate sustainability goals. The allocation of the budgets/targets set against your goals to individual Performance Centres (where a performance centre can represent a business unit, geography, product line, project or employee) drives ownership and accountability in the business.
The Goal Baseline Engine automates the baseline calculation for your chosen baseline period for each goal you have set. Setting the baseline period and calculating the associated totals allows budget/target vs. baseline comparison calculations for all other goal periods.
The Goal Period Totals Engine automatically populates every goal period with “actual consumption” data for the period (i.e. the total amount actually used during the specified period). This allows actual vs. budget/target performance to be reviewed at any time.
