Peter Grant, CEO
Peter is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of CloudApps, bringing over fifteen years experience in software sales and marketing success to the role. Prior to joining CloudApps, Peter was CEO at Actant, producers of derivatives trading platforms, where he transformed the company from an engineering-led focus to a customer-centric focus, bringing to market a major product update to stimulate significant revenue growth.
Prior to Actant, Peter was VP, Worldwide Sales for Tideway Systems where he drove a 500% increase in customer acquisition, paving the way for their acquisition by BMC Software.

Anthony is a co-founder of CloudApps and is responsible for Product Strategy and Development, bringing 28 years of experience to this role.
Having started his IT career in 1982 working for a large commercial organisation, he joined Oracle Corporation in 1989 with responsibility for pre-sales support. In 1997 he joined Siebel Systems and held various positions including Director of UK Sales Consulting, Senior Director of Products and Technologies and Executive Director for Product Management in EMEA.

Simon is a co-founder of CloudApps and is responsible for Finance, Administration and Operations and brings over 18 years of relevant experience to this role gained whilst working at Salesforce, Siebel Systems and Informix.
Prior to founding CloudApps, Simon spent over 6 years at salesforce.com, joining in 2003 before its IPO. Simon has been a member of the European Management team since hire and initially was responsible for the company’s Finance and Administration for EMEA.

Simon is a co-founder of CloudApps and is responsible for Business Development and Corporate Strategy.
Prior to founding CloudApps, Simon spent 4 years at Salesforce.com leading the adoption of the pioneering Force.com platform across EMEA. Under Simon’s guidance the Force.com platform in Europe grew to be a multi-million dollar business.
With over 20 years experience in the software industry, Simon was responsible for the widespread sales and adoption of the Force.com platform, allowing Salesforce.com’s more than 82,000 customers and 2 million subscribers to build their very own Software-as-a-Service applications.

Tim is a co-founder of CloudApps and is responsible for Marketing and Corporate Communications. Tim brings over 20 years of relevant experience to this role gained whilst working at Salesforce.com, Siebel Systems and Oracle Corporation.
Prior to founding CloudApps, Tim spent 6 years at Salesforce.com. Joining prior to its IPO in 2004 as Senior Director, Product Marketing EMEA he was responsible for the company’s European product strategy and communications.

Gareth is a founding member of CloudApps and is responsible for Product Development & Architecture, bringing with him a wealth of cloud computing platform knowledge to the role.
Prior to joining CloudApps, Gareth was Chief Technical Architect at Astadia where he was responsible for helping clients to achieve success with the Force.com platform.

Peter also previously held the position of UK Managing Director at salesforce.com where he led the team to a 400% increase in revenue growth and as Global Account Director, helped Siebel Systems become the fastest growing software company in history.
Prior to this Peter was responsible for spectacular growth as New Technology Sales Manager for ICL Fujitsu.
During his tenure at Siebel Anthony became a member of the coveted Chairman’s Circle and played a major role in helped Siebel Systems to grow from a small start-up to a worldwide market leader.
From 2006 Anthony spent 4 years back at Oracle Corporation, with responsibility for Oracle’s Master Data Management (MDM) product strategy, helping to build a highly successful and widely acknowledged market leading product suite.
Anthony is an honorary member of the Round Table, and passionate about putting something back into his local community. He has a Diploma in Computer Science and is married with one child living in Oxfordshire, UK.
In 2007 Simon was promoted to Vice President, Operations for EMEA, and in 2009 to Vice President of Strategy for International Sales. Simon’s focus was to optimise sales performance through targeted go-to-market strategies, coverage models, and evaluation of sales execution.
Prior to joining Salesforce, Simon spent 6 years at Siebel and 5 years at Informix within the European Finance functions, providing infrastructure support to enable explosive growth in their sales teams.
Simon is a Chartered Accountant who gained his professional qualification with Deloitte and Touche in London in 1990. He has a BSc in Geography from King’s College, London University. Simon is married with two children and lives in Hampshire, UK.
Prior to joining Salesforce.com Simon was responsible for the financial services business at Siebel Systems in the UK. Previously, he has held senior positions at Business Objects and Accenture.
Simon has a BSc in Computer Science from Bristol University. He is married with two children and lives in Oxfordshire, UK.
Prior to joining Salesforce.com, Tim was a venture partner for a leading European venture capitalist, where he also ran the global sales consulting operation of a start-up focused on the corporate banking sector.
Prior to this, Tim spent 6 years as a director within Siebel’s EMEA sales and technology organisations as well as 5 years in senior positions with Oracle Corporation.
Tim has a BSc in Maths & Computer Science from Essex University, is married with two children and lives in Hampshire, UK.
During his tenure at Astadia he led numerous complex and highly successful cloud computing projects.
Before joining Astadia, Gareth spent 7 years at Celerant where he was responsible for architecting the company’s enterprise. Gareth pioneered the early adoption of SaaS based technologies and led a team to create an integrated set of business applications based on these early cloud computing platforms.
Prior to Celerant, Gareth spent several years developing his technical skills, using web and database technologies to create sophisticated business applications in a variety of roles.
Gareth has a bachelors degree in Physics from the University of Sussex and a masters degree in Microwave Solid State Physics from the University of Portsmouth. Gareth is married and lives in Surrey, UK.
